在过去的一周(9月4号),在Linkedin的TimeLine上传了一个视频,引来了6个询盘,有一个来自美国加利福尼亚州的Alan对此口哨猪很感兴趣
说实话,这些多小猪放在一起,口哨声一响,全都动了起来,的确很好玩。
Alan,美国人,根据资料显示,应该50多岁的样子
一开始他是这样说的:
他会在10月2-4号会参加美国达拉斯玩具展,很喜欢我在领英上面发的口哨猪小视频,希望拿到样品。从他说话的口吻上来看,Alan是一个非常有礼貌的人。
由于我操作了 Sally 与 Daniel 两个领英帐号,所以我说让 Daniel 与他联系。
同时他也表达了,若能拿到样品,则他有机会向许多零售商去推荐产品。
我将 Alan 的联系方式推送给 Daniel 的账号,然后我用 Daniel 的账号加了 Alan,我在个性化邀请中是这么写的:
很快他就通过了我的邀请。
接着他提出是否我这边能提供口哨猪的样品。

由于口哨猪是工厂刚出的新品,很多国内的客户都在要样品,所以我跟 Alan 说,我需要去确认一下,样品是否还有库存,结果样品都没有了。到了第二天,我重新联系了 Alan,说有样品了。
我向 Alan 要了他的邮箱地址,然后将口哨猪的照片及视频通过邮件的方式发给了他。并说明了现在我们只有口哨猪的样品一只,同时关于包装及快递包裹的一些问题,也在邮件中向他说明。

Thanks for waiting and reading my email.
Now here is the situation of the samples, and I would like to confirm with some info we need before sending out the samples.
# 1 We>the origianl packaging is (2 fidget pigs in 1 color box), I guess you would need more samples, as you may need to show to many of your business partner / you need to take photos / videos to make the advertisement.
So I need to know that how many samples you need is enough to bring them to the Fair Show? that I can try to get more samples from the factory to send to you.
#2 The color box is ONLY with Chinese Language Version, because it is newly launched, the factory>So If I send the samples with color box, I'm afraid that you need to explain to your business partner that the product info>the color box can be tailored into English Version.
#3 Could you please let me know the receiver details when I send the parcel, like:

We can offer you the free samples, and I'm afraid that you need to pay for the delivery cost, Is it workable for you? Alan
