当你迈出步伐打出第一通电话时,
绝大部分的可能性就是前台的接线员
来接你的电话,
通常来讲,接线员的态度都是相当不错的。
像上一篇文章说的那样,
你的前期调研工作必须准备充足,
例如:你通过 Linkedin, Facebook...等
社交媒体了解了该公司最新的动态!
(知道他们近期推了什么产品,
做了哪些营销活动)
这样你去打电话就心中有数!
电话接通后,接线员通常会讲:Thanks for calling XXX company, how can I help you? 或者也可能讲:Good morning, XXX company/office.
这时你可以回答:Hi, This is Daniel from XXX company, Can I speak to XXX, please? 注意:在电话中,你能否说出要找的人的名字(这个很重要),因为很多公司有 Name Policy!
假如对方这样问你:Whom would you like to speak to? 你最好能说出名字!但假如你不知道要找谁,(通过调研,你并没有找到相关的买手名字),你可以这样回答:Well, I wish I knew who I want to speak to. but I didn't, I think I need a little bit of help, please.
因为你是远洋电话,她可能会说:OK, I'd love to help. 接着她又问:May I ask what this is regarding? / May I ask what is this call regarding? / What's this in reference to?
这个时候,你就得诚实地讲:I'm calling from China, we are factory of xxx product, May I know whether you import xxx from China?
又或者:Actually I'm calling from China, we are a Chinese factory, And I want to know whether your company import from China or some other Asian countries? Do you know about that?
接线员可能讲:Sorry, I don't know about that. 紧接着你就顺势提出请求她帮助你:Could you please put me through to the purchasing department, please?
一般这个时候,接线员知道你打电话的目的是为了找了们进口部门的。所以可能会说:ok, I'll get you through the purchasing department.
(备用话术--进一步介绍自己)I'm calling for the cooperation of xxx products, we are a Chinese supplier and we've worked with some US customers for 8 years with good reputation and trade records
Can I talk to someone for purchasing, or importing work? Which person you think it's the right one I should talk to?
如果接线员告诉你采购员的名字,你就说:OK, Let me write down his/her name. And do you know his/her email address, please? you know, sometimes people is out of office. If that, I could write an email to him/her as well. Much appreciate for your help.
