【电话篇-#06】第三步：只能语音留言怎么办？

语音留言范本：Hi this is Jeniffer. I'm sorry I can't take your call right now. Please leave your message, and I'm surely get back to you ASAP.

这时正确的做法：和接线员说我会重新再打电话过来。OK, I'll try to call again. Do you know when he'll be back? What time do you think I can call back again?

接线员：You may call back in 1-2 hours.

你：ok, I will try that, thank you. and could you please let me know his email address?

接线员：Sorry I don't know his email address, would you like to leave a voicemail message?

你：I didn't contact him before. So I guess it's better to call back again, thank you!

你：Nacny, Can I ask you one question?

接线员：Sure.

你：My name is Daniel, from a Chinese company called xxx, Do you have any department dealing with importing work?

接线员：No, we buy from local supplier.

或 As far as I know, we don't import from China.

那么你就不必再打电话了（因为他们不进口）

即使他们不进口，但你也看看能否要到采购部门负责人邮箱？因为分销商也有可能会进口（分销商有可能只做本地品牌的分销）

多数情况下，你留 voicemail message 是没什么作用的。

如果你发过邮件，那么你可以在 voicemail 里提醒对方去看邮件（有可能对方连你的邮件都没看过）你可以这样说：Hello xxx, this is xxx with xxx company from China. I've sent you an email regarding xxx products. Could you check your email box to see if you've got my email, if by chance you have anything interest, please give me some response, that would be highly appreciated. Have a nice day.

voicemall 的重点是让对方去读你的邮件，而不是听你在 voicemail 里面大段地介绍你自己！
