当你顺利打通电话，向接线员表明来意时，
接线员帮你转电话至采购部。
你：Hi there, good afternoon, I wonder if I can speak to xxx, please?
接线员：May I ask where you are from?
你：This is Daniel from xxx, thank you.
接线员：You're welcome.
但如果遇到另外一种情况：
采购员不在。这个时候应该怎么办？
解决方案：
看看能否找其他相关的负责人。
你：Hi there, good afternoon, I wonder if I can speak to xxx, please?
接线员：He's not in the office right now.
你：Do you know when he'll be back?
接线员：He's attending some meetings in other cities, I don't know when he will be back.
接下来你就赶紧介绍自己，看能否与进口部门其他的采购联系人。
你：Hi, look, my name is Daniel, I'm calling from xxx company from China, A Chinese company who produce xxx products. I'm calling for the cooperation of xxx products, Is there anyone else you think I can talk to for purchasing or importing work?
或 Is there anyone else in purchasing department you think I can speak/talk to?
如果对方在与你通话的过程中，有透露她的名字。比如：Nancy，那么你在与她的对话过程中可适当叫她的名字，像 ok, nancy/Hi Nancy
